Hello, I am Isaac
I am pursuing a master's degree in UX Research and Design at University of Michigan School of Information.
My goal as a UX Researcher and Designer is to collaborate with various stakeholders. I want to focus on communities that are overlooked such as the elderly and the disabled. As we live in an increasingly complicated world, it will be harder for them to thrive and live a normal life.
It is my goal to assist this segment of the population as I too struggled with learning disability in my younger days.
How my Journey into UX Awakened…
I graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, majoring in Cultural Anthropology. I have always been captivated by technology, I initially lacked the technical skills.
After gaining experiences as a Registered Behavior Technician and the Lead Rental Sales, I decided to pursue a career in UX Research and Design. This field allows me to ideate, collaborate, empathize with the users to know what is needed to improve their experience and accessibility.
I excel in team environments and I am enthusiastic about the next chapter in technology. I want to deepen connections within our communities and beyond.
